TERMS
Terms of use
One page that says what you get and what we owe you — with no line we can’t keep.
- 1
Your account
Your account is your number — An account opens with a phone number that receives a verification code, and that number is your identity here. Your password is yours to protect — whoever logs in with it plays with your credits.
Three accounts per device — One device can open at most three accounts, and a number locks for fifteen minutes after five failed logins. Both limits exist to stop abuse, not to annoy you.
One account, yours alone — Don’t sell or rent your account, and don’t open accounts with numbers that aren’t yours.
- 2
Your credits and games
Credits are games, not money — Each game in your credits is six categories of questions you haven’t played before, and one is deducted the moment you build the game. The game then stays in “My Games” for whenever you want it.
Buying goes through Paddle — Packs are priced in US dollars including tax, and payment goes through Paddle, the merchant of record for Hajma. The games land in your credits as soon as the payment completes, and refunds follow the “Refund policy.”
Gifts are codes — A gift code is redeemed once and tops up the receiver’s credits. A redeemed code can’t be refunded.
- 3
Fair play
Play it, don’t copy it — The questions, their banks, and the way the categories are built are our work. Use them to play with your friends as much as you like — but don’t scrape them or republish them as a question bank.
Photos and crests belong to their owners — Player photos, club crests, and national flags appear to identify a player or team inside a question, and their rights stay with their owners. Spot an image that shouldn’t be there? Tell us and it goes.
Abuse suspends the account — Trying to get around the limits, getting into other people’s accounts, or hammering the server with automated requests all suspend the account, with no refund of credits.
The service keeps moving
Categories are added and revised, questions get corrected, and the site goes down now and then during a deploy or a provider outage. Your saved game keeps coming back with the same questions, even if its source changed.
Your account goes with one tap
From “My account” you can delete your own account: your games, your question history, and your credits go with it, and the deletion is final. A new account with the same number or email doesn’t get the free first game again.
The law, and reaching us
These terms follow the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any question or dispute starts at the “Contact and support” page.
A question about any of this? Message us and we’ll answer from this same page.
